Parents day

Libby's preschool had a parents appreciation day this week. We had a great morning- especially because Daddy got to come. The sweet little ones sang us some beautiful songs and served us delicious muffins for breakfast. Libby made some awesome artwork of Mom and Dad with some even more creative description of us.

We took these lovely cherry blossom pictures - not at the festival but outside the library. It was just as beautiful and a lot less fuss!

Waiting for Daddy

Libby really missed her Daddy today. While I was getting dinner ready, Libby pushed a chair over to the door and decided she was going to stand there until He came home. I tried explain to her that it would be more than an hour until he got home but she would not be moved. She stood at her post until she saw him walking but the path to our front door.

Reverence child

Libby had a really momentous Sunday this week. Our ward has the primary children stand at the pulpit before Sacrament meeting to remind everyone to be reverent. Libby has wanted to be the " reverence child" since she was very little and this week was finally her turn.
After all the waiting and excitement you would think she would have held still better.
