We took these lovely cherry blossom pictures - not at the festival but outside the library. It was just as beautiful and a lot less fuss!

Waiting for Daddy

Libby really missed her Daddy today. While I was getting dinner ready, Libby pushed a chair over to the door and decided she was going to stand there until He came home. I tried explain to her that it would be more than an hour until he got home but she would not be moved. She stood at her post until she saw him walking but the path to our front door.

Reverence child

Libby had a really momentous Sunday this week. Our ward has the primary children stand at the pulpit before Sacrament meeting to remind everyone to be reverent. Libby has wanted to be the " reverence child" since she was very little and this week was finally her turn.
After all the waiting and excitement you would think she would have held still better.

Today is a very big day!
Libby has been serving with the Sister missionaries for more than two years now and today she was finally made official. Libby helped teach her first lesson in July 2010 before she even turned 1. She has had to watch two off her favorite sisters go home already - so I think that she is more than qualified to wear this name tag with pride. It makes a me so proud to see how thrilled she was to receive it.
